Hi everybody I've recently got into making the tabs of this album. I've updated my last link and document with corrected tab of Margerine rock (thanks to Booklover), and the 5 first songs of Not Music. For any comment or tabs correction, please send me an email, my address at the bottom of the document. I'll try to add the other songs of Not music later, if I can... See you, http://www.megaupload.com/?d=08PXLV2P

I would correct your tabs, if you accepted that there are mistakes. You still havent fixed mistakes I mentioned before. "Mistakes? In my tabs? I dont think so!" Believe me there are lots, first of all because there are no other chords mentioned except simple minor and major chords. There are also seventh chords, which stereolab use a lot! Like here (Absolutely wrong): Spark Plug Verse : Am – D Chorus : D – E – C – G That's how Tim plays it: Verse : Am7 – Bm7 Chorus : Dmaj7 – C#m7 – Cmaj7 – Bm7 Maybe someone who has ears here could confirm that, because I give up! |

I haven't tried the songs yet admittedly. However, I do think there are levels of guitar playing. Perhaps if they are simplified, more people could make use of them? I would be interested in accurate tabs and/or simplified tabs, if anyone wants to make it their project. ;) |

well, those posted ones are even not simplified, just incorrect) In fact most of Stereolab songs are easy to play, with two-four chords. more complex songs coulb be played, but those would sound a bit dull and empty ,played on one instrument, because Tim likes layers and rich arrangements. and I really like Laetitia's style of playing guitar, when I saw her live I thought wtf? She really likes those chords with open strings |
