I've seen Beauty and the Beast and Orpheus.
after watching Beauty and the Beast for the first time I felt like I was in a new world. Jean Marais' Beast was my favourite character.
a few weeks later I got Orpheus on dvd and watched it and while it didn't have as much impact as Beauty and the Beast there were some stunning scenes for the time, the journey in/out of the underworld particularly.
I'd like to see some more.

I saw Orpheus many years ago and loved it. Never sought out anything else, although I meant to.
