The amount Obama's proposed for his healthcare is a very minor drop in the bucket compared to other things such as the war(s) machine, so insignificant compared to everything else... and yet so important to accomplish as the current health care system we have has been helping to wreck our economy and people. Sick people mean people that aren't paying as much taxes, and our tax dollars pay for them anyway when they need to finally go to the emergency room after they've let a problem compound & reach the breaking point since they have no insurance. The Congressional Budget Office has said Obama's health care proposals will practically pay for themselves.
Why does the right have no problem funding wars that kill innocents and breed more terrorism rather than investing in our own people's future for a very small percent of what they spent on the wars?
