A year after I went vegetarian, I dropped 60 pounds and tightened up my muscles a bit. It took discipline and a genuine WANT to be more like a Greek statue. The dark truth is: You're guts are caked with BLAH!!!! and a great big part of the BLAH is MEAT. It takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r to digest red meat and pork especially. Raw veges are the "Brooms" of the intestines. Ride a bike. AMAP Do: sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups and cures three times a week. Don't over due it. Results take 6-12 months and are real. No bounce back. You're diet must be changed permanently.

Another reason why people are FAT now-a-days is because, all the "cheap" meat-animals are MAX-JUICED with hormones. Those hormones and what-not are specifically designed to make the animals grow big and fat and who-knows-what AFAP. If you eat that $hiet... You yourselves are effected by the hormones. BOO, right? |

the problem isn't carbs... it's the kind of carb a couple of bowls of sugary cereal and you're over 1000 cals in no time... and you are hungry again soon after... and you're blood sugar is out of whack try eating 1000 cals of raw vegetables... |

That's what I've been doing. getting it up to around 180 bpm is where the fun is at... that's when it becomes painful... a good pain though... you become drenched... its very spiritual.. like a rebirth... it's a high too ... a healthy high... ever see those olympic athlethes after competing an intense event bent over and gasping for air? they're euphoric |

it may be daunting to be making vegetables a cornerstone of your diet but you get used to it and eventually the thought of eating junk literally makes you sick just thinking about it... |
