everybody is different body types. I take in to consideration that when someone is recommending something for me, they're trying to sell me a commodity. and I prefer whole grains. and exercise. and Atkins diet almost killed my father. I watch my cholesterol.
One thing and one thing only contributed to my weight gain and that was drinking alcohol. Now that that's been eliminated, or moderated, I've trimmed up or down. and I've increased my activity.
