I lost a lot of weight and gained part of it back because I'm too weak to resist snacks sometimes. I have to get my willpower back.

My main way to lose weight was to reduce my total intake of food gradually, and increase exercise. I just tried to have a balanced diet with whole grains, not much fat etc.

Humans tend to eat way more food than our bodies need.
