A year after I went vegetarian, I dropped 60 pounds and tightened up my muscles a bit. It took discipline and a genuine WANT to be more like a Greek statue.

The dark truth is: You're guts are caked with BLAH!!!! and a great big part of the BLAH is MEAT. It takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r to digest red meat and pork especially.

Raw veges are the "Brooms" of the intestines.

Ride a bike. AMAP

Do: sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups and cures three times a week. Don't over due it. Results take 6-12 months and are real. No bounce back.

You're diet must be changed permanently.
