getting it up to around 180 bpm is where the fun is at... that's when it becomes painful... a good pain though... you become drenched... its very spiritual.. like a rebirth... it's a high too ... a healthy high... ever see those olympic athlethes after competing an intense event bent over and gasping for air? they're euphoric
