My cholesterol levels decreased to absolutely normal levels (it was normal-high before) after I did Atkins for the first time.
I feel way way better doing Atkins. I lost 70 pounds the first time. Then slowly gained it all back and now I'm going back for good. Lost 20 pounds so far.
But this time I'll try to keep active so I'll be able to eat a good bunch of carbs and not get the weight back.
I truly believe there are people who simply can't stand carbs.
