Anyway, I'm just looking for a song and have had absolutely no luck, and where else would I turn to but the good ol' Stereolab forum?

Does any a yuse have the Kid Loco remix of Dr. Octagon's "Gorilla Driving A Pickup Truck"? It was floating around a few years ago but I can't find my copy nor can I find it anywhere else. Help!


So...what else is new around here? Anybody else listening to those Amorphous Androgynous compilations? I think I'll start a seperate thread about them...

I have volume 1 - its a great album. Not got the second one yet. Its on my 'to buy' list. Is there a 3rd?

Updates, well, let's see... After being one of billions layed off from Morgan Stanley last year, (And I was just a bean counter, not a wheeler-dealer,) I have somehow inexplicably managed to remain in New York City with no job, no money, no girlfriend and no marijuana!!! I have apparently mastered the art of perpetual motion. I live on histories and hopes.

I haven't heard the Oasis remix, Gary, and don't think there's a Volume 3 yet, but volume two of the Amorphous Androgynous is definately worth looking for.

Uh...looking forward to the new White Hinterland, Goldfrapp and Ellen Allien. Loved the new Joanna Newsom in the store, but when I got it home it bored me to sleep. :p It's like Kate Bush without the Gurdjieff.
