That was me blood pressure 3 weeks back. Now have it down to 137/87 (during relaxed state) which is still a little high on the bottom number. HBP can damage your internal organs over time. I started a regimen which includes more exercise, deeper breathing and low sodium low fat foods. You would be surprized on how taking time for deep breathing exercises can lower your BP immiediately!
