Stereolab DJ Party in Brooklyn, NY - Friday

For those interested, I'll be spinning a "Sounds like Stereolab" party this Friday the 3rd at the Northeast Kingdom Lounge in Brooklyn from 10pm-2ish. Lots of the Lab and their influences, from tropicalia to krautrock, northern soul, francopop and other electric obscurities from the 60s & 70s.

To get there from Manhattan, take the L train from 14 St/Union Square (Irving Plaza) or anywhere on 14th for 20-25 minutes into Brooklyn (direction: Canarsie) and exit at the Jefferson stop. The bar/restaurant is right off the train on the corner of Wyckoff and Troutman and the lounge is in the basement.
