I'd characterise myself as a sceptic. Not an unbeliever. I have seen/read compelling evidence from apparently respected sources on both sides.

Quite how scientists can have diametrically opposite views surprises me.

In saying that, I KNOW that terrible science from the past is affecting our lives currently. The 'science' of obesity and the Lipid Hypothesis:
