Hmmm. You might benefit from learning how to enjoy your suffering. The best form of suffering is that which comes from doing good deeds for others.
No good deed goes unpunished. Therefore, you should never do a good deed with a thought of receiving rewards, or even appreciation, more especially from any beneficiaries of your good deed. Perform good deeds for others for no other reason than that it is the right thing to do.
Be prepared, however, to be punished for doing the good deed, usually sooner rather than later, and thereby be compelled to suffer for having done it.
You will no doubt find that this kind of suffering is in all ways preferable to the kind of suffering that comes from wallowing in self pity.
As long as you remain alive, opportunities abound to Love! Laugh! Learn! Live! in an endless cycle of joyful suffering.
