Maybe. If not a sin, it's a serious handicap to anyone who seriously wants to communicate with the Illuminati. Even little Chinese children attempt to learn English nowadays.
(Perhaps in the near future, little English children will be attempting to learn Chinese!)
But I disagree somewhat with Slushy (although it seems as if she's speaking from experience.)
