This is a great month to view the planets! Venus is brilliant in the Southwest sky after sundown. See the attached link. Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus are very viewable. You will need a pair of 10 x 50
binoculars at a minimum for more detailed observing, although these heavenly bodies, although you can see them with the naked eye.

I use a Jovian 90 telescope. It can automatically locate stars for you.
No mello drama here, just real stuff. It's just nice to look at the stars and put your woes into perspective.
