Because he's threatening to hurt others and/or himself, it's true we could alert someone. But privacy concerns might tie our hands. We could assume that if he's showing these signs in his life, he will get some help, perhaps involuntarily if necessary. But we couldn't know that.

It's hard to tell what's trolling and what is real these days.
I've had my share of mental health issues over the years, but I never took them out on the internet. Maybe some people do?
