This seems to be the work of Tom Phillips, a very interesting and diverse artist who I was re-discovering just the other day - it was his 75th birthday and someone had posted something on Twitter.

Not sure how that track and video came about, but seems to be based on some 'discovered' verse either by or a la Tom Phillips.

I've always liked this other on-going artwork he's been involved in for decades:

He takes a photo from exactly the same spot in various marked locations near his South London home. The record of the (mostly) subtle changes that take place in the invironment, and the people who inhabit the invironment are interesting and entertaining.
