My latest activities as a musician

So, I've been really busy with making music for the past month. I released a new album and I've played some concerts. I just came back from a mini-tour in Estonia and Finland. I enjoyed traveling for the purpose of music, in Finland I played in Turku, at the venue called Dynamo. The event was hosted by none other than Ville Hopponen, known for some as the drummer of Le Futur Pompiste. I've noticed he's been doing the indie gig series under the name "Les Yper Sound". Nice eh? Ville is a really lovely bloke.

My short tour just concluded with a visit to the TV Studio. There's a programme that normally ends with musical performances. Most are unfortunately lip-synced, but they make exceptions for solo artists, allowing them to play live. Including if you play with a loop pedal.

So I played the tune called "A Better Cosmogony", which is the fourth track on my new album "Loop Pedal Concerto". I especially love how the cameras have captured my analog synthesizer gear. It's like my Prophet 08 along with Dark Energy used as an envelope filter make up a hot woman and a pro camera is like a truly masterful lover. I'm really proud of my own gear.

I also use a contact pickup on my clarinet. Which means that my woodwind is now amplified electrically, allowing more presence in its sound, especially with regards to the overdubbed "horn section" sound for the looper. It's great to play with very good gear.
