Won't dispute those two fabulous choices either.

I agree BB can still be a difficult listen. The layers of that all hands on deck stew need to unravel and reveal themselves. Similar to the less manic but equally challenging Big Fun album. The musical interplay on both records is a joy to behold.

Having said all that and if you put a gun to my head: the Nefertiti, Sorcerer, Filles, Water Babies line-up would be my favourite period.
