Only two things stand out in my mind from Stereolab interviews. Not cryptic at all. Tim said something to the effect that he would just throw something into his compositions just to see what would happen. Laetitia spoke about the significance of bluffing. Both concepts are about taking chances. Proactive. I think this served as an ambient bond between these two people. Because of their genius their chance taking became art, some great art!
