and none of us have talked about the needs of an older woman versus the needs of an older man when it comes to the opposite sex.

men don't change a whole lot in that area for the most part. women's needs -- or maybe the better word is expectations, generally change more frequently at different stages in their lives. maybe that's why you see fewer relationships between young men and older women -- maybe they don't wanna deal with all the demands that would be made of them...?
