Re: Laetitia side projects - best of playlist?

Just wondering now if there's enough good stuff to create a Mary Hanson playlist...?

Last Year in Marienbad is awful. Save yourself 2 hours.

I've only gone and done it:

I probably need to edit the track order and there is at least a Part Two if not a Part Three and Four, but this will do for the time being. Even though I clagged it all together myself, I must say that I love this mix!

Thanks for all the input, and as I say, there's definitely a Part Two to be made...

Sadly tapely closed and this link does not work. I might try to do this again at a later date - on Spotify maybe (feel free if anyone else wants to do it). It was fun to do and the tracks went together very nicely.

I really like this one!

At first the intro puts me in mind of Cocteau Twins with the chorusy guitar, then it segues into some kind of Police / Kitchens of Distinction / Ariel Pink type groove. Nice spacey chord progressions :D

Oh, I hadn't heard that before! Interesting odd note at the end of the stanza. And yeah to me seems a combo of Cocteau Twins guitar and other 80's sounds.

For me this is one of the best settings I heard Laetitia's voice in over recent years. Would be nice if there were more in this style....
